Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the iconturbo website and services. IconTurbo is a product operated by 开封市祥符区霜影图书店 ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IconTurbo, you accept and strictly agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

IconTurbo provides an advanced AI-powered image generation service that transforms text prompts into high-quality professional SVG logos and icons. We do not legally guarantee specific app store acceptance or design outcomes.

3. User Prompts and Content Generation

You strictly agree to only input text prompts that you have the explicit legal right to use. You may absolutely not prompt for explicit, illegal, or trademarked content without authorization. Furthermore, the generation of Not Safe For Work (NSFW), sexually explicit, or pornographic content is fiercely prohibited. We reserve the full right to terminate accounts that violate this policy entirely without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

We make absolutely zero claim of ownership over the text prompts you input. You are instantly granted full commercial and personal usage rights to the AI-generated outputs produced by our service upon full payment (e.g., using Pro subscription or Pay-as-you-go credits).

5. Credit Validity and Consumption Rules

Pro Subscription: For example, if you subscribe on April 15, your credits are valid until May 15. Upon your next successful billing, the system will issue you a new batch of credits.

Pay-As-You-Go Credits: Pay-as-you-go credits (e.g., 100 Credits package) are valid for exactly 365 days from the date of purchase. For example, if purchased on April 15, 2026, they are valid until April 15, 2027.

Consumption Rule: The system does not prematurely clear or reset your existing valid credits upon the purchase or renewal of new subscriptions. When consuming credits (e.g., generating an icon), the system automatically prioritizes deducting the credits that are closest to their expiration date.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event whatsoever shall IconTurbo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses.

7. Payments and Order Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing IconTurbo credits or subscriptions, you agree to our pricing and payment terms. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
