We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. IconTurbo is a product operated by 开封市祥符区霜影图书店 ("we", "us", or "our").
Exceptions for Refunds
Due to the nature of our product as a digital good and the significant GPU and AI computational resources required for generation, we generally do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any subscriptions or pay-as-you-go credit purchases.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience, so while all sales are generally final, we are happy to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- There has been a documented, systemic technical failure of our platform preventing you from receiving the service.
- The generated icons exhibit obvious, severe defects, rendering errors, or complete loss of quality making the assets entirely unusable.
Subscription Cancellations
If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
